Jermaine Jenas clashed with Good Morning Britain hosts Ranvir Singh and Kate Garraway over his sacking from the BBC, with the former footballer revealing he has “lost everything”. The 43-year-old was fired from the broadcaster in August 2024 following allegations of inappropriate workplace behaviour and complaints of “unsolicited messages” that he later apologised for. During an appearance on Good Morning Britain on Friday (12 June), Jenas was grilled on the scandal by Singh, who accused him of “skirting” around a full apology. “I know what I did was wrong. I accept those punishments. Nobody is skirting around the responsibility of what I did,” he replied. When Garraway asked what he had learnt from his sacking, Jenas criticised her for her “unfair question” and said he didn’t understand where “that line of questioning is coming from”.
