Stocks staged a powerful rebound, with the Dow jumping more than 900 points after President Trump called off threatened strikes on Iran and pointed to a tentative regional deal.

hips clawed back a slice of Friday's $1 trillion rout, lifting the Nasdaq 0.86% even as the Dow slipped and the 10-year yield kept climbing toward 4.56%.

Shares were set to advance after technology stocks rebounded during Monday's session, following a dip the previous week.
