RIYADH: The King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives, also known as Darah, has strengthened its presence through partnerships and cooperation agreements with 23 archival institutions worldwide. The foundation has continued to collect, preserve, restore, digitize, and provide access to sources of Saudi Arabia history through a range of specialized programs and centers. These efforts help safeguard the Kingdom’s documentary heritage and enrich its historical and intellectual content. Darah’s collections now exceed 3.9 million historical and documentary items.
