Data centre firm EdgeMode to acquire 51% of Spain's Ibersun to access BESS

US data centre developer EdgeMode said on Tuesday it had signed a non-binding agreement to acquire a 51% stake in Spanish company Ibersun Generacion, giving it majority control of a battery energy storage system (BESS) development platform in Spain.
