RIYADH: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received his Swedish counterpart Maria Malmer Stenergard in Riyadh on Tuesday. The ministers reviewed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields, the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs said in a statement on X. Sweden reaffirmed its condemnation of the Iranian attacks, expressed solidarity with affected countries, and stressed the importance of restoring freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz to protect the global economy from the impact of the current situation.
