The “Midnight Sun Hunt” in Levi aims to attract visitors to the region during the summer, when the sun never sets. The 24-hour a day hunt is scheduled to begin on 18 June and will run until late August, or until the gold bar – which appears to be quite small in size – is discovered. Participants will follow a series of clues, released throughout the summer, which will guide them closer to the hidden prize. Organised by Visit Levi and partners, the hunt advises participants to stay within permitted areas and respect the natural environment, while no digging is required.
