Joan Collins reveals secret to feeling empowered even at her lowest

Joan Collins has shared how she stays empowered even when she’s not feeling her best. Speaking to The Independent at Variety’s Women of Power on Wednesday (3 June), the 93-year-old said there is no secret to it; she simply “loves life”.  ”I wake up every morning and breathe the air and try to get a good night's sleep and drink lots of water and take care of myself,” she said. Collins also said watching some of her favourite films also always helps her feel her best. “Only old movies,” she clarified.
