Thuladu Mngadi has always had a passion for food and started her Fresh Food business in 2015 when she was retrenched. She dusted off her Umlazi grandmother's recipes and used her pension money to buy her equipment and traded successfully from Durban Station feeding everyone from workers and taxi drivers to high powered businessmen and city big wigs.
