Sussex Police are working to identify the man and notify his next of kin, with inquiries ongoing in the area. This incident occurred less than a mile from where three sisters – Jane Adetoro, Christina Walters, and Rebecca Walters – were recovered from the sea on 13 May. Police have stated there was no third-party involvement in the deaths of the three sisters, and a separate incident on 29 May involved another man's body found at Rottingdean beach. Man’s body recovered off Brighton beach near area where three sisters died
