Vickrum Digwa, 23, was charged with six counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a private place, including a flick knife, extendable baton, knuckledusters, machete, swords and kusaris. His father, Moga Singh, 52, and brother, Gurpreet Digwa, 27, faced the same six charges of possessing offensive weapons. Gurpreet Digwa also faced four additional charges, including possessing an asp, an air rifle, an axe and a kirpan in public places. All alleged offences are dated 4 December 2025, the day after the murder of Henry Nowak, and the case has been adjourned until 9 July, with Moga Singh and Gurpreet Digwa released on unconditional bail.
