UK Athletics has been fined £350,000 for the corporate manslaughter of a Paralympic athlete, who was killed when a practice cage collapse on his head.

Abdullah Hayayei, 36, was fatally injured as he trained for the World Paralympic Athletics Championships at Newham Leisure Centre in east London on July 11, 2017.
