Realty firm IndiQube Spaces Ltd has secured a significant deal. The company has leased over 700 desks for five years to a leading consulting and management services firm. This workspace deal in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru, is valued at Rs 52 crore. IndiQube operates across 17 cities, managing over 9.66 million sq ft.
