Australian diver Josh Richards found a 100m+ vertical drop adjacent to the Laos cave where two men have been trapped since May 20 flash floods, after five others were rescued. The main entrance floods regularly; a secondary shaft could bypass the chokepoint and enable standard extraction procedures without specialist diving gear.
