Authorities said a grand jury indicted Jing Sheng Dong on three additional charges of involuntary manslaughter and one count of reckless driving.

The bus driver whose bus crashed into cars on a Virginia highway Friday will face charges for the accident that killed 5 and injured 44 people.

Jing S. Dong of Staten Island, New York, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, with additional charges pending, Virginia State Police said.

Jing Sheng Dong, who has a history of speeding charges, was previously charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
