Jamaican long jumper Carey McLeod, a two-time national champion and 2024 World Indoor Championships bronze medallist, has been handed a two-year ban from athletics after admitting to three whereabouts failures, the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) says. McLeod, 28, accepted the sanction after the AIU found he breached Article 2.4 of the World Athletics Anti-Doping Rules, which relates to missed tests and filing failures by athletes in a registered testing pool.
