Heartbreaking moment dog chases after car after being dumped by owner by ice rink

Surveillance footage captures the moment that a dog that had just been abandoned by its owner chased after their car. On Sunday (31 May), Lorain Skate World in Ohio shared video of a white Honda entering the area to the rear of the ice rink and leaving behind a dog, before driving away. The rink said that the dog, which was abandoned on Friday (29 May), is “too scared” to approach any of their employees. It added that it has still yet to be captured or taken to a shelter. It is appealing to anyone with information about the driver to come forward.
