Lillianna Tomlinson died after entering the River Tame in north Warwickshire last Monday, one of a number water-related tragedies during the hot spell across the UK.

The 13-year-old girl was rescued from the River Wharfe in the Yorkshire Dales National Park near Burnsall in the Skipton area, but tragically died in hospital yesterday.
