The death toll from a chemical tank rupture in the US state of Washington climbed to 11 as crews recovered the bodies of all nine missing people, authorities said.

The total death toll is 11, including three who are still missing. It’s one of the deadliest U.S. workplace accidents in recent decades.

The tank ruptured Tuesday at Nippon Dynawave Packaging Co. facility in Longview, a city located along the southern Washington border with Oregon, killing 11 people.
