The transfer of murder charges against KwaNxamalala traditional leader Inkosi Simphiwe Erick Zuma to the Pietermaritzburg High Court was delayed after he indicated his intention to apply for bail in one of the cases. Zuma faces multiple murder charges, including the killings of former induna Qalokunye Zuma and anti-land invasion activist Xolani Ntombela. The court postponed the matter to June 25 for a bail application, while separate proceedings involving the murder of DA councillor Nhlalayenza Ndlovu were also delayed.
