India has secured another major defence export breakthrough, with Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh saying that a deal to supply BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles to Vietnam has already been signed. Speaking at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, Singh said the agreement exists even though neither New Delhi nor Hanoi had formally announced it yet.
