Rescuers navigated treacherous conditions, including narrow, flooded passages and zero-visibility waters, to reach and guide the non-diving villagers to safety. The trapped men, who had entered the cave in search of valuable minerals, were supplied with food and water before their extraction. Efforts are now focused on draining more water from the cave system and continuing the search for two villagers who remain missing.
