‘Tutu’ charged in murder of St Catherine farmer

A 33-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of 62-year-old farmer Clement Mills and the injury of Mills’ wife during a gun attack in St Catherine earlier this month. The accused, Jamie Stephenson, otherwise called ‘Tutu’, of Mansfield Heights, Ocho Rios, St Ann, has been charged with murder, possession of a prohibited weapon, wounding with intent, unauthorised possession of ammunition, and using a firearm to commit a felony.
