The Spring Term Passing Out Parade is underway at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala, marking the graduation and commissioning of newly inducted naval officers into active service. The ceremony is being reviewed by Vice Admiral Sameer Saxena, who highlighted the rapidly evolving nature of maritime warfare and security.
