A police officer pulled over a disabled driver for allegedly holding her phone in her right hand while behind the wheel, but she immediately proved him wrong. Footage shared by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office shows Kathleen Thomas, 36, being stopped by a cop on suspicion of distracted driving. “You drove past me holding your phone with your right hand,” he tells her. Thomas then raised her right arm, showing that she did not have a right hand. “You wanna just call this a day?”, she laughed. However, the officer did not relent. After the officer asked her to put a “hand to God” to swear that she hadn’t been using her phone whilst driving, she did so with her right arm. “The other hand to God,” the officer told her. Her citation was later dismissed by the officer who issued it.

She revealed to the officer that she had no right hand after being pulled over.
