Right to trauma care of citizens integral part of right to life, Supreme Court says

The Supreme Court has asked all states and Union Territories to launch a unified helpline, 112, for emergency responses. A functional system for addressing good samaritan grievances will also be established. These crucial measures for trauma care, deemed a fundamental right, must be operational within three months. States will provide regular compliance reports.
