Kolkata’s historic Red Road remained completely open during the Eid al-Adha celebrations. Instead of the traditional gathering on the road, the annual congregational prayers were shifted to the nearby Brigade Parade Ground. This relocation was implemented following administrative directives aimed at preventing public thoroughfare blockages and minimizing traffic disruptions.
