Thabo Mbeki fights TRC summons as he criticises commission for rushing his testimony

Amid a legal challenge to the impartiality of the chairperson, former President Thabo Mbeki has accused the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of rushing his testimony. Until their appeal is heard, Mbeki and former justice minister Bridgette Mabandla are requesting that the summons to testify be suspended.
