9 missing after Washington paper mill tank implosion and officials say there's no hope of survivors

Authorities said there was no hope of finding more survivors of Tuesday's tank implosion at Nippon Dynawave Packaging Co in Longview, which also injured nine other people, including a responding firefighter.
