RIYADH: Saudi Arabia will provide urgent support to Yemen in the form of petroleum derivatives worth $150 million to help fuel power stations in several parts of the country. The assistance, announced on Wednesday, will be delivered through the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen under directives from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, with follow-up from Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman. The program said the fuel will help maintain electricity supplies from power plants.
