Manga artist Eiji Hashimoto, creator of Rappa: Yankee Ninpū Chō, is taking a two-week break. He was diagnosed with sudden sensorineural hearing loss, a condition he attributes to overwork. The manga will now release a new chapter every three weeks. Hashimoto is currently recovering from symptoms like dizziness and vomiting. His previous work, Chiruran: Shinsengumi Requiem, also saw adaptations.
