Suvendu Adhikari's Bengal recipe: Machh Bhaat at ₹5; no liquor near schools, temples

West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has introduced a new fish and rice meal at subsidized rates in canteens. Liquor shops will now be banned near schools and temples. A new scheme, 'Annapurna Yojana', will provide ₹3,000 monthly to women. Adhikari also stressed working with constructive ideas and coordination between representatives and administration.
