Russia said on Monday that it intended to launch "systematic strikes" on targets in Kyiv linked to the Ukrainian military as well as decision-making centers, and urged foreigners to leave, a day after one of its heaviest bombardments of the city since the start of the war.

The ministry advised Kyiv residents to avoid military and administrative infrastructure and urged foreign citizens to leave the city “as soon as possible.”

Russia said Monday it plans to launch more strikes on Kyiv, including on its "decision-making centres", and repeated a call for foreign citizens and diplomats to leave the city.
