Nine Persons Dead, Others Injured As Commercial Bus Crashes Into Trailer In Katsina

No fewer than nine persons have been confirmed dead, while 17 others were injured in a fatal road accident involving a commercial bus and a trailer along the Kankia–Katsina Road in Katsina State. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Katsina Sector Command, said the tragic incident, which occurred on Saturday night at Kwanar Gidan Mutum Daya. According to the FRSC, the accident happened around 8:03 p.m. and involved a Toyota Hummer commercial bus and a trailer carrying unspecified goods.
