First responders in Atlantic Beach were dispatched to the area near South Ocean Boulevard early Sunday morning.

Nineteen people were injured Sunday during a stampede that broke out during a popular motorcycle rally in Atlantic Beach, S.C., local officials said.

Horry County Fire Rescue said that 19 people suffered injuries during the stampede, none of which were life-threatening.
