Fitness coach Anjali Sachan lost 30 kilograms by following a gradual and sustainable cardio routine rather than extreme workout plans. She started with just 4,000 steps a day and slowly increased her activity levels over time, allowing her body to adapt without burnout or injuries. Sachan stressed that fat loss is primarily driven by maintaining a calorie deficit, while exercise, proper diet, recovery and good sleep all play an important supporting role in the process.
