'Bengaluru landlord abused me': Tenant paying Rs 35,000 rent gets scolded by landlord for using AC in this summer heat

A Bengaluru tenants Reddit post has gone viral after he claimed his landlord insulted him for using the air conditioner too much in a tiny Rs 35,000-per-month studio flat in Koramangala with poor ventilation. The tenant said electricity and water bills were included in the rent, but the landlord later accused him of “misusing” the free electricity by running the AC frequently. He also alleged that the landlord called him “stupid” and an “idiot” during the argument.
