Businessman fatally shot, tourist wounded in Negril restaurant robbery

A 36-year-old businessman was shot and killed and a visiting Czech medical doctor was injured during a gun attack and robbery along Norman Manley Boulevard in Negril, Westmoreland, on Friday night.The deceased was identified as Nashon McGibbon, otherwise called ‘Bubba’, a business operator of Tigres Lane in West End, Negril.The police report that about 8:40 p.m., McGibbon was at a section of the beach near his Flag City Restaurant, in the vicinity of Cayenne Beach, along with three employees.
