Dalmia Bharat buys Jaiprakash cement assets from Adani for Rs 2,850 crore
Dalmia Bharat is acquiring Jaiprakash Associates' cement business from Adani Group for ₹2,850 crore. This deal adds 5.2 million tonnes of cement capacity.
