(CSE:PSYG) ("Psyence" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held today (the "Meeting").At the Meeting, shareholders approved all matters brought before the Meeting, including matters relating to the Company's previously announced proposed amalgamation transaction involving Psyence Therapeutics Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and GoldCoast Resource Corp.
