All for New Yorkers. We fought hard to make the people’s game available to the people — and won. Let the summer of soccer begin,” Mamdani wrote on Thursday.A lottery for the tickets will open on May 25 at 10 a.m. ET and run for six days. A total of 50,000 people will be able to enter each drawing and randomly selected winners will be notified on June 3 via email. You can only enter once per day.If you win the chance to buy a ticket, you’ll have 48 hours to purchase up to two, and tickets are non transferable. More information is available on a website set up for the drawings.Anyone buying tickets may be asked to verify their identity and residency through official IDs, pay stubs, rental or mortgage agreements and recent utility bills.
