New Mexico State Police responded Wednesday morning to a report of a “suspected overdose,” discovering four unresponsive individuals, three of whom later died. First responders experienced symptoms such as nausea and dizziness after being exposed to an 'unidentified substance,' with two reported in serious condition. Albuquerque Fire Rescue Hazmat teams are investigating the substance, which authorities believe spreads through contact rather than being airborne.
