Georgia GOP gubernatorial candidates Burt Jones and Rick Jackson made it to a runoff Tuesday after taking 38.4% and 32.5% of the vote, respectively.

Jones, who is endorsed by President Donald Trump, spent time on the eve of the primary in Butts County Judicial Center awaiting his juror number.

Trump notched up another endorsement win as his preferred candidate, Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, advanced to the runoffs in the GOP primary.
