New footage shows a UPS cargo plane losing its engine just seconds before a fatal crash. On 4 November, 2025 UPS Flight 2976 crashed into nearby businesses moments after takeoff in Louiseville, Kentucky. All three pilots on board and 12 people on the ground were killed, with a further 23 people sustaining injuries. In new footage released by the National Transportation Safety Board, the engine and pylon can be seen completely separating from the wing before the plane crashed in a massive fireball. Video has been released as part of a two-day investigative hearing held in Washington into the deadly crash.
