Startup Ecosystem to Get Seed Fund and Credit Guarantee

Budding entrepreneurs and startups have something to look up to as the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) plans to reach out to the Cabinet with a proposal to create a Startup India seed fund and launch a credit guarantee scheme, according to an Economic Times report. The National Seed Fund is aimed at facilitating the ideation and development of early stage startups. The credit guarantee scheme will at the same time enable them to raise loans easily.
