IonQ has officially opened a new 22,000-square-foot laboratory suite in Boulder, Colorado, dedicated to quantum computing research, development, and semiconductor chip testing. The facility, located within the Boulder 38 innovation campus by Breakthrough Properties, will serve as a primary hub for designing and refining the next generation of the company’s trapped-ion quantum systems.
