A software engineers Reddit post has gone viral after he claimed that a Noida startup terminated him just a day after he emailed HR about his unpaid salary. The employee alleged that the company had made him sign a Rs 1 lakh cheque bond during hiring and later forced him to sign documents stating no dues were pending despite around 45 days of unpaid salary.
