Kallas: Russia not in strongest position, China could help force it to end the war

Kaja Kallas, the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, believes that Russia is currently not in a sufficiently strong position in its war against Ukraine and therefore must be pushed to the negotiating table – something that China could help achieve.
