Operatives of the Kebbi State Hisbah Board have arrested two women and one man during a raid on a hotel in Birnin Kebbi over alleged immoral activities. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the arrest was confirmed on Saturday by the Director of Shariah at the board, Surajo Kamba, who said the operation followed intelligence reports linking the unnamed hotel to alleged prostitution and other activities considered immoral under the state’s religious regulations.
