Scott had previously admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession of cannabis, and dangerous driving. Footage released by Norfolk Constabulary showed Scott filming himself driving at speeds of up to 119mph on a country road on 7 December. These dangerous driving incidents, including filming himself singing and smoking, occurred while Scott was serving a five-year driving ban. Police arrested Scott on 12 December, seizing his phone which contained evidence of drug supply in the Breckland area and the dangerous driving videos.
