The United States is easing travel rules for World Cup fans. Foreign visitors from countries that qualified for the tournament and bought tickets will no longer need to pay large visa bonds. This change applies to citizens from Algeria, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Senegal, and Tunisia.
